Dr. Ajay Upadhyay is a board-certified general surgeon with advanced fellowship training in surgical oncology. He is a distinguished member of BASS Medical Group through its First Surgical Consultants division and provides comprehensive cancer surgery services at the Gregory Rhodes MD Cancer Center in Walnut Creek, California.
With decades of experience in both complex oncologic procedures and general surgery, Dr. Upadhyay is known for his patient-centered approach, clinical precision, and collaborative care philosophy. He specializes in the surgical management of gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, pancreatic, and endocrine tumors, among other malignancies.
